Goal Setting and New Year’s Resolutions

‘Tis the season to be jolly… and make New Year’s Resolutions.

The new year is regarded as a fresh start, as an excellent time to make resolutions and set goals.

    Break it down into small steps to take. Focus on the process rather than the end result.

    In this example, focus on keeping to the diet for each meal. Let the diet become the habit. The weight will come off.

    When you focus on the process, one step at a time, the results will take care of themselves.
